Welcome to Norvexa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Norvexa website, online store, products, customer accounts, communications, and related services.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where the displayed price was clearly incorrect.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other permitted charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, estimated delivery timeframes, and charges are described in our Shipping Policy or displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by order volume, product availability, address issues, weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs procedures, and events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, or within the period required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted within 24 hours after placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. An eligible item may be returned after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Items

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item claims, exchanges, and final-sale restrictions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Review our Return and Refund Policy before returning a product. Products sent without approval or to an unconfirmed return address may not be accepted.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, giveaways, and other special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase limits, and conditions.
